Client Responsibilities

When working with us, you agree to:

• Respond promptly to requests for additional details or approval of pitches

• Avoid submitting false or misleading claims that could damage our credibility with journalists

Failure to provide necessary information may delay or prevent service delivery.

Payments and Refunds

• Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Due to the nature of our work, refunds are only available for undelivered link commitments as per your package, minus applicable transaction fees.

• Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@backlinkviaharo.com.
  
  

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your service:

• All active outreach efforts will stop immediately.

• Pitches already sent before cancellation may still result in placements after your cancellation date, but these will still count toward your purchased package.
